What Exterior Detailing includes.
Drive-thru car washes blast your paint with the same dirty brushes that hit the truck before you. Our Exterior Detail is the safe alternative โ a two-bucket hand wash, foam pre-soak to lift bugs and grime without contact, clay-bar decontamination for bonded contaminants, a hand-applied layer of carnauba wax, detailed wheel and tire work, and streak-free glass. Book monthly to keep the wax topped up and the paint protected from the Texas sun.

Why is two-bucket hand wash safer than a drive-thru?
One bucket holds clean soap, the other holds rinse water. Grit comes off the car into the rinse bucket โ never back onto the paint. That is why hand-washed paint stays scratch-free.
How often should I book this?
Once every 4โ8 weeks keeps the wax topped up and the paint protected from sun + bugs. Hot Texas summers chew through wax faster โ book closer to monthly between May and September.
Is hand washing really better than a car wash?
Significantly. Automatic car washes use the same brushes on every car โ dragging grit across your paint. Our two-bucket method ensures the mitt is rinsed clean before every pass. That is why hand-washed cars stay scratch-free.
How long does the wax last?
Carnauba wax typically lasts 6โ8 weeks under normal driving. Texas summers with intense UV and frequent rain can cut that closer to 4โ6 weeks. Monthly booking keeps protection topped up year-round.
Can you remove water spots?
Light water spots come off with the clay bar. Etched spots (where minerals have eaten into the clearcoat) require paint correction, which is a separate service we offer.
