What Paint Correction includes.
Paint correction is the process of permanently removing defects from your clearcoat through machine polishing. We measure paint thickness with a depth gauge before touching a pad, grade every defect under daylight-spectrum inspection lighting, and then systematically polish panel by panel. Single-stage, two-stage, or three-stage โ the right approach depends on severity. The result: swirl marks, scratches, water spots, and oxidation are gone. Your paint gets its depth and reflection back. This is the essential prep step before ceramic coating.

Will polishing damage my paint?
Done right, no. We measure paint thickness before we touch a pad, grade defects under proper light, and remove the minimum required to clear them. We never go past a safe correction depth.
How long do the results last?
The polish itself is permanent โ those defects are gone. To prevent new ones, top with wax (months) or ceramic coating (years).
Can you remove deep scratches?
If the scratch is in the clearcoat only (most are), yes. If it has gone through to the base coat or primer, polishing cannot fix it โ but we will tell you up front after inspection.
How many times can paint be corrected?
Most factory paint has enough clearcoat for 3โ5 professional corrections over its lifetime. We measure thickness to ensure every correction is safe, and we remove only the minimum needed.
Should I get paint correction before selling my car?
Absolutely. Corrected paint dramatically improves the visual impression and can add hundreds or thousands to the sale price. It is one of the highest-ROI pre-sale investments you can make.
