How to book, how far ahead, and what we do if your driveway is taken.

How do I book a detail?

Three ways, whichever is easier for you: call or text (940) 465-7927, fill out the form on our Contact page, or DM us on Instagram @kleanit.dfw. Send a couple of photos of your vehicle and tell us what you're after โ€” we'll text back a flat quote and available time slots.

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day and next-day slots are common, especially close to our Euless HQ. For ceramic coatings and full paint correction (which can take 1โ€“2 days), we usually recommend booking 3โ€“7 days ahead. Weekends in spring and summer book up fastest โ€” earlier is better.

Do you really come to me?

Yes โ€” that's the whole business. We bring a self-contained mobile detail rig to your home driveway, office parking lot, or apartment garage. The only requirement is enough space to safely work around the vehicle (roughly one parking spot's worth of clearance on all sides).

What hours are you available?

We schedule details 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Evening and weekend slots are popular for working professionals โ€” we'll often start a job late afternoon and finish under our portable lighting after dark.

Can I book multiple vehicles in one visit?

Absolutely โ€” multi-vehicle bookings are some of our favorite jobs. Most households save money this way (we only have to set up the rig once), and we'll usually offer a small multi-car discount. Just mention how many cars when you request a quote.

What happens once we show up at your driveway.

How long does a detail take?

Depends on the service and the condition of the car:

We give a clear time estimate when you book so you know what to plan around.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not at all. Most customers leave us to it โ€” we just need access to the car. We do a quick pre-detail walk-around when we arrive (so you can flag any concerns), then a final walkthrough at the end if you're around, or photos texted to you if you're not.

What's the difference between a detail and a car wash?

A car wash makes the car wet. A detail makes the car clean. Drive-thrus blast water and friction at every car the same way, dragging dirt across paint with the same brushes that just hit the truck before you. A detail is hand-done, panel by panel, two-bucket method, contact-free pre-soak, soft microfiber. The difference shows up immediately, and again 6 months later in the lack of swirl marks.

Will the products you use harm my paint or interior?

No โ€” we use professional-grade, pH-balanced chemistry made specifically for automotive surfaces. All interior products are safe for kids and pets. Leather conditioners are non-greasy. We disclose any aggressive product (heavy-duty degreasers for engine bays, for example) before we use them, and we mask anything sensitive.

Do you offer recurring service or memberships?

Yes โ€” repeat customers get priority booking and a recurring-customer discount. We don't sell pre-paid packages (we don't believe in trapping money up front), but we keep your vehicle's history on file and can put you on a monthly or quarterly reminder schedule.

Water, power & equipment.

What we bring, what we don't need from you.

Do you need water or power hookups?

No. We're fully self-contained. Onboard 200-gallon water tank, hot-water heater, and inverter-generator power. You don't need to drag out a hose or run an extension cord โ€” we don't even ask. Apartments, offices, condo garages, gated communities all work the same way.

What if my apartment doesn't allow detailing on the lot?

Most apartment lots are fine because we're self-contained โ€” no runoff, no hose dragging across the property. If your complex has a strict rule, we'll meet you at a nearby parking lot, a friend's driveway, or a public detail-friendly spot. We've done it plenty of times.

What kind of equipment do you use?

Pro-grade across the board: variable-pressure washer with hot & cold water, dual-action random-orbital polishers, daylight-spectrum inspection lighting, swirl-finder torches, hot-water carpet extractor, computer-pre-cut tint film, and certified ceramic chemistry. Do you leave a mess behind?

No. We capture wash water with mats and a wet-vac, we pack up our trash, and we leave your driveway looking exactly like it did when we arrived (just with a clean car on it). It's part of why we get repeat bookings at apartment complexes.

Pricing & payment.

How we quote, what you pay, and when.

How much will it cost?

Starting prices for each service are on our Services page. Final quote depends on vehicle size (compact / sedan / SUV / truck) and condition. Send a couple of photos when you request a quote โ€” we'll text back a flat price up front, never a surprise at the end.

Is the quote final, or could the price change?

The quote we text you is the price you pay. The only time it changes is if you ask for additional work mid-job (an engine detail add-on, for example) โ€” and we'll always re-quote that on the spot before doing it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards. You pay at the end of the job, once you're happy with the result. No deposits required for standard services (large multi-day ceramic coating jobs may ask for a small deposit on the product).

Do you charge a travel fee?

No โ€” anywhere inside our 40-mile service radius from Euless is no travel fee. That's 44 DFW cities. If you're slightly outside, we sometimes make exceptions for multi-vehicle bookings; ask us.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes โ€” recurring customers, multi-vehicle bookings, fleet accounts and first-responders/military discounts are all available. Just ask in your quote request.

Weather & rescheduling.

Texas weather, and what we do about it.

What happens if it rains?

For interior-only details and engine work, rain doesn't matter โ€” we work under the car's own roof or move under cover. For exterior, paint correction, ceramic coating and tint, rain or active storms mean we reschedule. We watch the forecast the day of and text you the morning of if we need to move you. No charge for weather rescheduling, ever.

Can you work in a garage?

Yes โ€” garage details are actually our favorite kind. Climate control, no dust, no pollen, no rain risk. If you have a covered space we can use, we'd rather use it. Just make sure there's roughly one parking spot of clear working room around the car.

Will Texas heat affect ceramic coating or tint installs?

It can. Tint film cures faster in heat, which mostly works in our favor โ€” but extreme direct-sun installs can cause uneven cure. We prefer shaded driveways or garages for tint work. For ceramic coatings, surface temp matters more than air temp; we work early morning or evening on hot days to keep the product in its application window.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 12 hours before your slot, no charge. Inside 12 hours, we ask for a $25 trip-fee if we're already loading the rig. Same-day no-shows are charged a $50 fee. Weather cancellations from us are always free.

Vehicles & specifics.

What we'll work on, and what we won't.

Do you detail trucks, SUVs, vans, RVs and boats?

Sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans, minivans โ€” all standard pricing. Large vehicles (3/4-ton+ trucks, full-size vans) add a small size premium. RVs and boats we handle on a case-by-case basis with a custom quote; we have done plenty, but they take longer and need a dedicated time slot.

Do you do motorcycles?

Yes โ€” motorcycles are a flat exterior detail with optional ceramic. Send us a photo and we'll quote you.

My car has heavy pet hair โ€” is that a problem?

Not at all โ€” pet-hair removal is included in our interior detail and full-auto packages. Even severe cases (Husky shedding, multiple dogs over years) come out cleanly with our hot-water extractor and specialized tools.

Can you remove a specific stain or smell?

Almost always. Coffee, soda, food, light pet accidents, mildew โ€” all routine. Heavy permanent staining (bleach damage, ink, certain dyes) we'll be honest about: we'll get it dramatically better but can't guarantee 100%. Send us a photo and we'll tell you what to expect before you book.

Do you handle fleet accounts?

Yes โ€” we have recurring fleet customers across DFW. If you've got 3+ vehicles you need on a regular schedule (real-estate agencies, dealerships, corporate fleets, delivery vehicles), call us directly and we'll work out custom monthly pricing.
